Shipping & Returns
We ship products using the US Postal Service, and offer a choice of Media Mail or Priority Mail. Media Mail is very efficient and inexpensive, Priority Mail costs a bit more but arrives a bit faster.
You can expect your order to ship in about one business day, because we are a small operation and that's about how often we go to the post office. For this reason we cannot yet offer anything approaching next day, overnight, or two-hour service.
Wherever possible we use recycled and compostable packaging materials.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will do everything we can to make sure your books arrive in excellent condition, however if there is any problem please let us know right away. Return the damaged item to us within 30 days, and please indicate if you prefer a full refund or exchange.
We offer full store credit for returned unused books in mint condition (minus shipping), and partial store credit for books that have been read (amount depends on title and condition).
